How To Make Images Responsive

Hi there, I am using a grid for social media icons (using tile design template) and when I preview my site on mobile or tablet the grid/images for these icons do not split onto a new line. They are not responsive for different size screens. (same with a few banner images I am using on another page) - any help please?
