How to make fixed text transition smoothly between sections?

Hi! I’m fairly new here but I was just wondering if the kind of scrolling interaction found on this website: https://gent.media/ can be replicated with webflow?

The fixed images are a piece of cake, but making the text change and transition so smoothly as you scroll is proving to be a challenge. I’ve spent hours trying different workarounds, but nothing seems to really do the trick.

If anybody has any ideas on how to recreate that text effect I would greatly appreciate it!
