How to make Elements float from top to very bottom while page is scrolling

Dear friends in Webflow
I have really long page, now I would like to make a div movement from top to the entire bottom of the page, since for different px screen there is different height, so i tried all the units(%, VH, PX) in Y axis, but each time the div will reach to different position when I change to a higher or smaller px screen preview, it seems the interaction part is same digits. Could you help me here please.
