How do I create a smooth slider so that when I drag the sliders it doesn’t snap but if i clicked on a certain slide it would snap to the mask?
If I understand you correctly, if you want a different experience when changing slides, you have all the option in the settings tab.

Adding on to what @Eli11 is saying, you do have options built in to that menu, but what you are describing sounds custom to me, like you want an element that is draggable via mouse or touch that has almost a velocity effect to it unless someone clicks a specific tile like this:
