How to make a cookie statement button for your website

Dear webflowians,

I am in Europe and we have this rule in our country that we need to make new visitors acknowledge the fact that there are cookies being used on a site.

I was wondering if anybody already built something like this? And how intuitive is this make-able in webflow?
