How to load page at bottom

Hey there! I’m working on sort a weird site for a client where the page needs to load at the bottom and scroll up. I’ve been able to cheat and use a form field set to autofocus to force it to load lower on the page. That being said, when users go to the site on mobile, they have to close the keyboard each time they open the page.

Does anybody know of a way to either load the page at the bottom without a form field, or how to disable the keyboard for auto-focussed forms on mobile?

Here’s the site as it’s set up currently. https://meanwhile-brewing-company.webflow.io/

Here is my site Read-Only:

Custom code will do that, try something like this, replace ‘slow’ with the duration you want it to scroll in milliseconds:

<script>
$(function() {
$('html, body').animate({scrollTop:$(document).height()}, 'slow');
});
</script>

Formatting might be a bit weird, typing this on my phone.

Hey @sam-g thanks for the help! I dont have a ton of experience coding, so it’s likely that I’m doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem to be effecting anything.

Also, I could be wrong on this too, but it looks like this will create an automatic scroll up effect. What I’m hoping will happen though is that the page scrolls normally (as the user prompts it to scroll), but just loads automatically at the bottom of the page rather than the top. Does that make sense?

@Stephanie_White yes that makes sense, let’s try this instead, please put it in the footer code:

 <script>
$(function() {
$(document).scrollTop($(document).height());
});
</script>
