How to limit animation to hovered dynamic list item and not all items

Good morning, I am currently having trouble with my cms list items. I have a have animation being applied to the a list item class but it is currently animating all three items. I would only like the animation to affect the current hovered item rather than all three list items. Can someone please help!?

Limiting the interaction to children will solve it. Set each step to affect Class and Only Children.
