There is no option to get verify with bing or google, There is no option for Google code in SEO setting, But still I am not able to verify ? Why? Please help me. One of my friend site is indexed for bing and google. How? Please guide me, I am ready to buy your plan, but please help how I can index webflow subdomain ???

Your post is confusing- what exactly are you trying to index in Google’s results?
If you purchase a plan and add your custom domain, you simply set that up in Google search console and you’re good to go.
If you are trying to index a webflow.io site;
- you may not be able to setup GSC
- you can try with META tag verification, if GSC still supports it
- but you may not need to.
