How to hyperlink text, or better yet, create a linked hotspot

Hi there!

I’m wanting to hyperlink sections of text, that we’re seeing have a lot of people “want to click” via heat map analysis.

Specifically, we want to hyperlink the area around where it reads Anniversary Awards and the blue line below, to this dedicated landing page specific to that use case (linked page is Meaningful Work Anniversary Awards at Scale | Blueboard Case Studies). I saw where you can add a Link Block, but this doesn’t allow me to cover over other elements, the link block can only sit above or below the text and blue bar elements.

Any thoughts on how to make this area clickable as a hotspot area?
