How to have call outs on links

…that is, when a person hits a link instead of going to a page
she goes to a small section of copy on the same page. Same thing
with an image. I’m not even sure if you call them ‘call outs’ but
hopefully somebody gets the idea if there is a way to do this
in Webflow…Thanks!

It’s called ‘Anchor Links’.
