Yes. It’s all done with the 3-D transforms. There are tutorials for all of the options. Instead of having cubes, you’ll just have a 2-D effect that rotates and moves along a path. You’ll need to watch the tutorials they provide on that page how to accommodate making your floating paper, but it is possible.
