How to go to a new page, with scroll as trigger

I am looking for a way to go to the next page, and using scroll as a trigger.
(for example: The viewer is on: https://www.macoronadiploma.net/projekt/start and if he scrolls, Load https://www.macoronadiploma.net/projekt/distribution.)

I tried to do it with animations, but i could not find a way, to change page or press the linkbutton that leads to it as an action – after i set scroll as a page trigger:

Any ideas on how to achieve “go to the next page” through scrolling?

There is not any option in scrolling states to go to next page. Is it important to go to next page, if not there can be another way – Make scroll effect for showing and hiding particular section at a certain scroll of its main div. Here is the example link.
