Right now, our website won’t work if you just type in karmaconnect.ca, a 404 webflow error shows.
How do we get it so that our users don’t have to type www.karmaconnect.ca

Hi,
Go into your settings for that particular website.
Click on hosting.
Keep your current domain name already there.
Add in your domain name without the www. (http://karmaconnect.ca)
Make sure your DNS settings are correct: http://help.webflow.com/faq/how-to-set-up-a-custom-domain-with-your-webflow-site
That should work.
