A junior on my team is struggling to export a CSV file from our client’s website form. Every time she tries to download, it emails me with a link to the file.
The error message is “You have exceeded the maximum number of export requests. Please try again in a few minutes.”
Does anyone know how to fix?
You might try clearing the cache, cookies, localStorage or using a different system or login, but likely the safety mechanic is server side.
If appears to be broken, contacting Webflow support is your only real option.
Otherwise, you could export it through the API but that would take some work to extract.
I generally don’t use Webflow’s form handler or form data storage system… you’ll probably be happier using Basin or else a solution that automates your feed into a framework you can manage better, like Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.
