How to disable animation on mobile devices

Hi,

I would like to know if it is posibile to disable animations (interactions) on mobile devices?

Interactions are set for every breakpoints. The only way to have an element interact on desktop and not on mobile is to create two elements, one being shown for desktop and with animation, masked for mobile, and vice versa.
