How to custom style on first and last word of Richtext element in cms collection

Hi Webflow-ers,

Im trying to make a highlight effect on the first and last word of a richtext element that is linked from a CMS collection.

I was wondering if anyone ever tried to make a custom style that automatically applies on the first and last word of that element, or someone that can share his knowledge how to do that in Webflow.
