How to create "roadmap" for blog post

I didn’t start the design process in webflow yet, but am working on the UI design. This site (Ask Sebby) has a column on the left side that says “In this post” and it highlights the different headlines as you scroll down the page. Does anyone know how to implement this in webflow?
