How to create a stick sidebar / fixed sidebar (anagram template)

Hello guys!

I’m trying to achieve a stick / fixed sidebar into a section. I’m using the Anagram Template and I can’t find the way to do it well. Thanks in advance for any support.

Is this little sidebar with a list of services. I just want it to follow the scroll when the user go down / up.
