How to create a Form with a Message capability

Ahoy, So this is the function I am wanting my form to achieve.

Enter Name
Enter Email
Enter Contact Number
Leave a Message

I want to receive there contact number and message into the relevant inbox to answer any queries from customers using the site. How can I make this possible?

Hi,
It’s best if you used Mailchimp or Jotform for this type of functionality. Native forms in WF aren’t really meant for data complilation, which is what you’ll probably need anyway. I would start there, it’ll save additional work and custom code. Just an opinion.
