Hi Ade, you haven’t shared your designer readonly link.
In general, you click it, and you’ll see the configuration options in the right side settings panel.
Everything else depends on your setup and what you’re trying to do.

To configure the form in your Webflow template to send submitted information via email, select the form block, go to the “Element Settings” tab (), and ensure the “Action” field is empty so Webflow handles the submission. Under “Form Submission” settings, enter your preferred email in the “Send form submissions to” field. Webflow will send default email notifications, but for custom formatting or integrations with CRMs, use Webflow Logic, Zapier, or Make. Finally, publish your site and test the form to ensure the email arrives correctly.
