Would someone provide me with step by step instructions on how to change/remove text from web browser tab? Please see attached for clarity.

I would like to give this suggestion. You need to follow these steps.

  1. Click Menus & Pages  on the left side of the Editor.
  2. Click the relevant page.
  3. Click the Show More icon  .
  4. Click SEO (Google).
  5. Enter the page title under What’s the page’s title on search results and browser tabs?.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Click Publish at the top right of the Editor.
