How to change Border shape while scrolling etc

Is there a way to change the shape of a Div - edges, corners via interactions ?
i.e. from a straight line to a curve edge etc. ?
I could only see Border Color in the options…

Am trying to achieve the page transitions like in - below - when one selects the case study

Also trying to achieve this
