How to be part of a Webflow Team Account?

Hello,

I would like to know what is the process to be part of a Webflow Team.

A client of mine just subscribed to a Webflow Team account. It seems she created the Team and successfully send me an invitation to be part of her team.

The problem is, when I click on the webflow invitation email, I land on a page where it says I’m not part of any team yet. How is that possible ? What should I do ? What should my client do ?
I was actually expecting getting access to her dashboard and start working on her project.

Hi @anthonysalamin, I got the same issue? How did you fix yours?

Same issue here. Seems absurd they haven’t fixed this yet.

@writetodickens , the problem was that I received the invitation email to another email address than the one I used to log into my webflow account :slight_smile: Make sure the invitation email is sent to the email address you use to log into your webflow account and it should work.
