How to avoid user filling empty field in forms

Hello,

I have a web contact form (https://www.intuilab.com/contact) and people are able to fill the “company” field with just a space.
Is there any way to avoid this? I mean how can we not allow users to just fill the field with a space. Perhaps force more than one character something like that.
