Hi everyone.
I am trying to achieve something quite simple but can’t seam to find the right way :
when the page loads, I want a title banner to move infinitely.
then when user starts scrolling I want the animation to stop.
I managed to have the text to move on page load 
I also have an animation triggered on scroll that brings back the text to its initial positions but right after the text starts moving again …
I hope my explanation makes sense and thanks for your tips !
