How long do search settings take to update?

Quick question. I excluded the home page from the site search, but it still shows up in the search results (including a few other changes I made like the titles). I did clear my cache.

My assumption is that it takes time to update. Does anyone know generally how long it takes?

EDIT
To clarify, in case anyone asks, I’m referring to Webflow’s internal search tool, not any other search engine.
