How do I unlink my collection list link

I’ve decided to not use CMS pages for my case studies, and need to unlink the CMS links on the main home page. I’m currently using a template but am not sure how to unlink the CMS link, into a new page that I’ve created.

I’ve linked my portfolio case studies to the new case study page, but the link is on all of my case studies
