How do I structure my website?

I am trying to structure my website like this: www.landlord.net

The background needs to be a fixed video and the text needs to be centered for the main page. I have accomplished this already but soon as I create a new section, and try to enter text in there, when the page is zoomed in or out, the text appears in the first main section. How do I go about to structure this?

The text is appearing within the first section. How do I keep the second section from not entering into the first, even if the page is zoomed in or out?

Your Video is not fixed. It is on a fixed height but not on Position > Fixed. Also for what you are doing I don’t see the point for having the text on Position > Fixed. All you have to do is put the text on top of the video and then play with the padding. This is because your video is on a fixed height.
