How do I overlay divs on top of each other and ensure scroll animation works?

I’m trying to overlay the section below for tablet and mobile screen sizes. Currently, there isn’t enough space to show all of the text. However, the desktop one looks optimized:

How do I overlay the text and also make sure the scroll animation works? Thank you, any advice is much appreciated :slight_smile:
