How do i modify only mobile view?

Hi everyone.

How do i modify only mobile view?
I tried fix moblie screen but it affected all screens. (include breakpoint)
for example, If i change the numbers and letters in the circular figure on the mobile screen, all screens change.

for your information, it is Korean language site. and i’m trying to edit consist of circle grid. (ex. 1/2/3/4)

How can i fix this issue?

The only thing you can change across breakpoints is styles.
However if you want different content in mobile, you can do that by having a second version of that element with different content.
