How do I make smooth scrolling work on both desktop and mobile?

Hello!

I’m creating a “Contact” page that uses an iFrame for a questionnaire that sends info to my CRM.

On desktop and in Designer everything works great. However, the previews of tablet/mobile and the live site on tablet/mobile have scrolling glitches. The scroll stops halfway down the page and I have to scroll again to get to the bottom. Can anybody point me in the right direction to fix this and get the tablet/mobile sites to work as one continuous page?

It’s hard to tell without a live link what the problem is, but I can recommend using Lenis for smooth scroll - it just works 100x better than anything else out there.
