How do I get rid of random padding that has no reason to be present?

I was recently working on a website. The PC versions of the website have no problems. But with the tablet and phone versions, there seems to be an unknown padding of some sort (which I can’t find the reason for). This is only present in phone and ipad, so I’m really confused. Should i reset the phone and iPad styles to the PC styles and edit them again? If so, how would I go about doing this?
