How do I edit submenus

I just took over a website for a client, first time ever using webflow.

I’ve gotten the hang of, but can’t find the setting for the submenus anywhere. Here is the URL: https://www.bioxytraninc.com/

For example, under “Learn”, I want to change “Journal Articles” to “Medical News”.

Can’t find the setting anywhere. Also, how do I add more submenus?

Ok, so I’m not completely losing my mind.

Problem though, the little triangle pointing down widget is missing, so I have no access to those settings. Is it possible someone somehow turned it off?

I’m in the back-end editor right now, all the menu items are there and I can easily edit them… but the triangles are missing.

Is this some kind of glitch?
