How do I centre dynamic list items, and make them keep centred even while resizing the screen?

I’m currently using a dynamic list to display blog categories, kind of like it’s done on the weblflow blog. I’m having trouble placing the links in the centre. As I resize the browser, everything is pushed to the left. Take a look at the result below.

I’ve tried playing with percentages, and things look good one desktop until I start decreasing the size of the browser. Thanks for your time.

add a class to dynamic list, use same flex settings as category-div, with wrap children option on.
