How do I add anchor links to accordion items in FAQ?

Hi all,

I have an FAQ page that we’ve implemented with an Accordion, and we need to link to specific Accordion items from external pages (in our web app). I tried implementing this using anchor links to Accordion Items, but those just directed to the top of the page or to the item just below the one I was aiming for, and didn’t open the accordion item. This happened when I tried anchoring the item and the text inside.

Let me know if there’s any way to do this, if not will scrap the accordions and will just implement using sections.

This is not an answer, as you cannot give each accordion element a different ID
