How can we filter out @gmail.com/yahoo.com email ids and send them a custom msg when they submit a form

Hi All,
We have a form on our website, We want to filter the inputs which come through,
For eg, We want to filter out the person who adds their @Gmail/Yahoo ids and send them a custom msg on submission. Can we Do that in webflow?
