I do not like when the select each digit. And I see the video, as the master at the same time provide figures.

Hold shift for all sides.

And hold option for only across.

Just in case it’s not clear… you hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse to change the numbers. As Vladimir said, press the Shift key while dragging the mouse to change all the values at once, and press the Alt key (or Option key) while dragging the mouse to change the two numbers across from one another (vertically or horizontally).

Here’s what it looks like when you press and hold the Shift key:
