How can I edit the preloader page from a cloneable website?

I’ve cloned a portfolio website and it has a preloader screen. How can I edit that page? There is text on the preloader page that I would like to change. Thank you!

The element is currently set to display=none. You will just need to change this to a viewable mode, make your edits, then set back to display=none.
