I can’t find a way to edit a text when it is covered by another layer, the text is in the background and I can’t select it, if someone has found an effective solution I appreciate it

It may be that the z-index of the text element can be adjusted so that it becomes a foreground element and then editable. Apply a z-index value | Webflow University
But that may not be the layout you’re after.
