If you’re referring to the field labels of within the collection, those are for your reference only. They are not accessible as content in your page.

You can just drop text blocks in as labels, and enter whatever text you like.

It’s an interesting idea but I don’t think I’d use that feature if it existed. The labels I give to my fields in the CMS are for my admins, and the ones on the pages are for the users. They’re similar, but almost never the same.

It would also complicate localization, and the data-binding UX to allow field-name data binding. I’m already struggling there on some projects… binding to a collection with 60 CMS fields of which 10 are ref fields means up to 650 binding options in that list already.
