How can I close a dropdown menu on mobile that doesn't have any links?

I built these hover windows as dropdown menu so that they could be clicked and seen on mobile. However I could not figure out how to close the menulist (since there aren’t any links on menulist) and there isn’t a close button.

I then added a lot of animations to try and force the menulist to disappear after a couple seconds or when clicked. And even though the menulist does disappear this created a problem with trying to click on any other bullets after.

It’s hard to know the problem (where I find this menu?) (add screenshot or more detials).

Anyway, in webflow interaction, you don’t need to work only with <a> element to hide/show content (on hover, click and so on)
