How can I adjust the scale of lightbox images when opened?

My understanding is that you can’t really edit the lightbox settings without custom code. I’m wondering how I can stop my lightbox images from being cut off - I’d like them to scale to their respective aspect ratios without them overflowing into the navbar. I’d also like to have maybe a 50px space between the stop of the image and the navbar.

Hey Brendan,

I see that your Nav bar is staying visible while accessing the lightbox and it is cutting off the image.

I did some digging and noticed that your Nav bar is set to a Z index of 1000. Change your Nav bar to a Z index of 1 and it should fix your problem. It would be good to double-check that the Nav bar is remaining above all your content across all your pages. If not, adjust the Nav bar’s z index higher.

Here is a quick video showing how to change the Z index on your website’s Nav bar.

I hope that helps!
