Hover interaction issues, some of the elements changing size or pulling down on 1px

I’m using Relume checkboxes with custom styling, and the labels for these checkboxes pull data from the CMS. The issue arises when I add a hover interaction to the text labels (changing only the font color on hover). On some labels, the font color changes correctly, but they also shift down by about 1px. I have five text label items in the ‘Topics’ dropdown list, and two of them display this shifting behavior, while the other three work as expected.

The same issue occurs with the checkboxes themselves: on hover, some of them change in height by 1px. The change happens the first time you hover, and the size or position doesn’t revert afterward.

I’ve tried various approaches, including writing custom code, adjusting parameters in the CSS panel, and following advice from others in Webflow chats, but the issue persists for some elements
