Hover interaction in slider

Hi there.
Is it possible…? I’ve set up a slider - I’d like the cards to rotate slightly and possibly change colour when the user hovers over them. Is this possible at all?

I’m not sure if it’s just been a long day and now i’m tired and not thinking rationally or if it’s something more complex?
