Hover interaction blinking

Hi,

I am trying to create a hover interaction like the section “tratamento” in this website (http://dermatoipanema.com.br/) but when I hover the image the element that I want to appear is blinking:

I want to create the same affect as the XSpace website showed at the biginning of the tutorial: Rotate on mouseover | Webflow University

Nothing happens in Tratamento section
there is no hover effect

Thanks…I found the reason! I was selection none in the layout mode and I should only decrease the opacity to zero (0).
