Horizontal scroll not working on touch devices and idea guys?!

Hello Webflower’s,
I want the chips to be scrolled horizontally with mouse wheel which is working fine but couldn’t figure out how to make em swipe to scroll or touch scroll on tablet and mobile breakpoint. can any webflow experts help me with the code or solution?

Note: I am doing this to achieve something like this
