We’ve grown a huge headache over a nav menu layout that unfolds horizontally and shows more options depending on the layers.

We have built the first and second layer, but the challenge we’re facing is having the second layer stay there to allow the user to click on the next menu option. If you use our Read Only link below, you’ll see what I mean.
Are we missing something here? Does anyone have a technique we could use?
