Homepage Image & Sticky Footers

Hello all! I’m attempting to do several things:

  1. The homepage image should cover the entire screen. I managed to do this by dropping in a new section and setting it to 100 VH. Is this the best approach? Second, the Jyoti Spirit and Jyoti Creative should be buttons. Right now, they’re simply a part of the background image, and I was planning to drop link blocks over them. Is this the best approach?

  2. I’m also trying to make a sticky footer (I understand that’s one that will be responsive to many breakpoints). The video I watched said to set its top margin to auto, but this did not work for me. What am I doing wrong…?
