Hide LinkedIn link from CMS collection whenever there's no link for user

Dear Webflowers,

I have the following issue. I created a CMS collection for company team members, which includes a link to a LinkedIn profile. The thing is that we also have a DOG as a team member so I can’t manage to show or hide the link option depending whether or not the user has a LinkedIn address.

I created the LinkedIn link as a Link element on my CMS collection and I call it from a popup window design, which includes all the other “regular” stuff (name, position, etc.). Here’s a couple of screenshots:

Is there a way I can show or hide the Link option depending whether the team member has a LinkedIn profile or not? Here’s the link to what I’m talking about
