How can I hide the empty list on the next page:

The “Empty” thing is the empty state. You can style the empty state. make sure you’re styling only the empty state and pass it to display:none.

Edit: styling the empty state is better than hiding it. You can style it and you can modify the text as you see I did in my screencap.
